You will see a page that says "Welcome to Horde" (Horde is the name of the web based email tool). Login using your email name and password that you were issued. If you do not have this information, please contact your site administrator.


Mail Client Setup

To setup a POP3 email account (something that is compatible with a tool like Microsoft Outlook), use the following settings:
 

Mailbox Type: POP3
POP3 Server: mail.perthfire.com
SMTP Server: mail.perthfire.com

Use your email name (everything to the left of the "@" sign in your email address) and password that you were issued. Enable SMTP Authentication for the account and the mail client setup is complete.


Change Email Password

To change your email password, enter your email name (everything to the left of the "@" sign in your email address), your current password, and your new password. The new password should be at least 5 characters in length and must not contain the email name as its part. If you do not have this information, please contact your site administrator.
